4. TROUBLESHOOTING
THE TANK DOES NOT FILL AT ALL
Problem
No water in the fountain
Production is low
Water tastes bad
Water does not come out cold.

Reason
The inlet valve is closed
No water supply
Blockage in the feed pipe to the
unit
Partial blockage of the sediment
filter, comparing the inlet flow rate
with the outlet flow rate of the se-
diment cartridge.
TDS of inlet water is above 1500
ppm
The supply water does not com-ply
with current legislation.
The unit is contaminated
The rear cooling switch is in the OFF
position
Customer takes out bottles of cold
water and empties the cold water
reservoir
The cooling system is damaged or
the refrigerant gas has been lost.
Solution
Open the valve.
Problem unrelated to the unit.
Replace the feeding tube.
Change the sediment filter.
Contact technical support.
Install the equipment to mains wa-
ter that complies with current le-
gislation.
Perform a complete sanitization of
the unit.
Set the thermostat to a value other
than OFF.
The dispensers are designed to
draw water one glass at a time.
