TANK IS NOT FILLED AT ALL
Problem
1. No water enters the dispenser
2. Water enters but does not
reach the membrane
3. Solenoid valve does not open
4. Solenoid valve + pump does
not work
5. Solenoid valve opens, but
the pump does not work
6. Level switch does not work
LOW PRODUCTION
7. Production is low
8. Membrane is blocked

Reason
The inlet valve is closed
The dispenser is unplugged
The switch is OFF
No water supply
Obstruction in the feeding tube to
the dispenser
Solenoid valve does not open
Hay un filtro obstruido
No power to the solenoid valve
The solenoid valve is damaged, sin-
ce current reaches it and it does
not open (Check with a voltmeter)
Level switch is not working
Cable disconnected
Pump is damaged
It is damaged and does not respond
to raising and lowering the float
The electronic card is damaged
Partial clogging of the sediment
filter, comparing the inlet flow rate
with the outlet flow rate of the se-
diment cartridge
Partial obstruction of the solenoid
valve, comparing the inlet flow rate
with the outlet flow rate of the so-
lenoid valve
The membrane is clogged
The equipment does not reject
water
The membrane is more than 3 years old
The TDS of the inlet water is greater
than 1500 ppm
Fix
Open the inlet valve
Plug the dispenser into the mains
Position the switch to ON
Non-dispenser problem
Change the feeding tube

Desconecte la salida de cada filtro
