2 Control enabling of either Fixed Rate or Auto Rate mode.

3, 4, 5 Select one of eight preset DSL line rates. If Auto Rate is enabled, DSL Line Rate
represents the Auto Rate ceiling. Valid only for a unit configured as an STU-C.
