XHCI Hand-off

This is a workaround for OS without XHCI hand-off support. The XHCI owner-
ship change should be claimed by XHCI driver. "Enabled" is the default setting.
USB Mass Storage Driver Support

Enable or disable USB mass storage driver support.
USB Transfer Time-Out

Selects the USB transfer time-out value. [1,5,10, 20 seconds]
