3306 Print Head Carrier Motor
Removal
1.
Switch off the printer power.
2.
Remove the top cover (3052).
3.
Place the printer in the service position (3053).
4.
Slide the drive belt

off the motor pulley.
CAUTION
The print head motor may be hot.
5.
Remove the two screws
0
holding the motor to
the right side frame.
6.
Remove the motor and bracket from the printer.
Reinstallation
1.
Reinstall the motor and bracket to the printer with
the two screws
O.
2.
Reinstall the drive belt
0
on the motor pulley.
3.
Assemble the printer to the printer base (3053).
4.
Reinstall the top cover (3052).
