1.3 Product components and scope of delivery

1.3.1 The turnstile modifications

The single full-height turnstile design consists of the following major devices and components (See Figure 1):
 prefabricated arched structure including:
1) passageway wall;
2) enclosure wall with hackle;

rotor;

container with control mechanism;

passageway cannopy

LED displays;

passage LED-module lighting;

control mechanism and electronic components heating system*;

electrical equipment;

control panel.
Optionally the turnstile can be equipped with battery
* Is not included in the turnstile scope of delivery - to be equipped by the customer on recharge basis, when applicable

1.3.2 The turnstile modifications are made from the following materials:

- polished or brushed stainless steel (reference designation T1.1.HYO.HХ);
- carbon steel subject to painting (reference designation T1.1.HYO.КХ);
- carbon steel subject to galvanization (reference designation T1.1.HYO.ZХ).

1.3.3 Turnstile scope of delivery

-Turnstile;
-Control panel AUIA.114.02.00.00;
-Anchor Redibolt (16×120 М12) with jacket and screw;
- ex key (elongated) for rotor assembly (Р1,Р2,Р3) ;
-Battery –2 pcs (1 pc for rotor mechanism and 1 pc for pedestrian gate mechanism (*is not included in the
turnstile scope of delivery -to be equipped by the customer on recharge basis, when applicable.
-Packing;
The turnstile is supplied disassembled (by components) or ready-to-install.

1.3.4 The turnstile rotor design depends on barrier rods fixation:

Р0 - all-welded rotor – all rows of barrier rods are welded,

Р1- rotor with one row of removable barrier rods,
-
Р2- rotor with two rows of removable barrier rods,
-
Р3- rotor with three rows of removable barrier rods.
