Pre-heating the oven
The
function is used to quickly
Booster
pre-heat the oven compartment in
some functions.
The
function can be used with
Pre-heat
any oven function (except
) and has to be switched on
Heat
separately for each cooking programme.
It is only necessary to pre-heat the oven
in a few instances.
Pre-heat the oven compartment
when cooking the following food:
- Cakes and pastries with a short
cooking duration (up to approx.
30 minutes) and delicate items (e.g.
sponge) with the
function

The
function is switched on as

If you set a temperature above 100 °C
and the
function is switched on,

a rapid heating-up phase heats the oven
compartment to the set temperature.
The top heat/grill element and the ring
heating element come on together with
the hot air fan.
Delicate items (e.g. sponge or
biscuits) will brown too quickly on
the top if the
Booster
