Interface Guide ● Pay attention to insulation protection during installation to avoid possible risks and hazards for users to touch. ● Please confirm the actuator specification before connecting, and fix the actuator with appropriate mechanical installation. 1. Overview Synchronous communication ports...

2. Power input terminals Port Definition Description • Nominal 24V DC (acceptable input voltage range 20V ~ 32V DC) • Recommend to use a 2-core 18AWG power cord (depending on the current) • GND • Recommend to use a 2-core 18AWG power cord (depending on the current) 3.
(2) With Hall effect sensor Port Definition Description • 24V DC output, 10A max. • When controlling the actuator to extend, M+ / M- are VDC+ / VDC- respectively. When retracting the actuator, the polarity is reversed. 5V power output, for actuator's Hall module.
4. Control terminals The switches are prepared by customer Port Definition Description Actuator retracts when switch on Actuator extends when switch on Triggered after switching on for > 2.0 seconds, the system will automatically Learning learn the stroke of the actuators (see ‘Installation Steps / Operating Instructions’...

5. Synchronous communication ports Port Description 1. Use a commercially available RJ45 network cable, meets the CAT-5 specification or above (as shown in Figure 1). 2. Each of the two CI73s at the most front and back end of the entire synchronous connection system needs to be connected to the attached terminal resistor (as shown in Figure 2).
Parameter Setting ● For safety and correct setting, please confirm that each actuator and all necessary control input/output terminals are connected properly before turning on the input power. ● Please confirm the actuator specification before setting. ● Before securing all the actuator that require synchronization, please be sure to perform actuator calibration first.

1 2 3 4 5 6 Each CI73 controls the operation of one actuator. And each CI73 connected to the same area network must be set to a unique ID value in order to correctly perform the synchronization function. Therefore, in a closed network established by the user,...
6. After the installation is complete, be sure to execute the ‘Stroke Learning’ function before starting the formal operation. 7. As long as the actuator is not replaced or moved while the CI73 is powered off, there is no need to relearn the stroke.

2. In a synchronized system that has been previously learned, if any CI73 unit switches to the override mode, the other CI73 units can continue to operate under the control of a master CI73. However, the CI73 unit in the override mode will not accept commands from the master unit.
