62 Disable Atty1.
63 Zero both Power Meters. On the 8163B with two installed power
meters, press [Menu], move to <Zero all>, and press Enter.
64 Enable Atty1
65 Switch one range up to the -40 dBm range and note the power
readings (#18).
66 Switch one range down (-50 dBm) and note the power readings
(#19)
67 Increase the attenuation of Atty1 by 10 dB and note the results in
the test record (#20).

Calculation

68 Calculate the non-linearity using the formulas given in the test
record.
