moves about the screen in correspondence with the movements
of the mouse when the user moves it up and down and to the
left and right, the X and Y position data is correct.
Finally, the test checks for the interrupt from the
mouse. An interrupt should oe generated when one of the
mouse buttons is pressed or the mouse is moved.
If the mouse does not perform correctly in this test,
either the mouse itself, tne keyboard mouse circuit or the
mouse serial port is probably bad.
