Cause
The printer is out of paper.
The print head is not installed
correctly.
A carriage position error
occurred.
A paper feed error occurred.

Error LED is blinking

Cause
An internal printer error
occurred.

Suggested Solution
Add paper to the paper tray.
Then, press and release the
Resume /FF button.
Remove, then reinstall the print
head.
Press the Resume /FF button to
clear the error and eject the
paper.
Open the printer cover and clear
any obstructions in the scan path,
such as packaging material.

Suggested Solution
Turn off, then turn on the printer.
If the printer does not turn on,
unplug the power cord from the
printer, wait a few seconds, then
reconnect it.
If the problem continues, contact
