REPLACING PARTS
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1) Undo the screws to remove the side panel (A).
2) Turn on the water supply tap (B).
3) Unscrew the ring nut (C).
4) Turn the cooking chamber water intake screw (D) to bring the pressure reading on the pressure gau-
ge (E) to 1 bar.
If the water pressure is too low, install a device to increase the pressure .
5) Retighten the ring nut (C).
6) Replace the panel (A) and screw the screws back into place.
7) Turn the water supply tap (B) back off when the operation is complete.

WARNING: Before carrying out any replacement procedure, activate all the safety devices
provided and decide whether staff at work and those in the vicinity should be informed .
In particular, turn off the gas and water supply taps, cut off the electricity supply to the appliance
using the master switch and prevent access to all devices which might cause unexpected health
and safety hazards if turned on .
WARNING: If worn parts have to be replaced, use original spare parts only .
WARNING: The manufacturer declines all responsibly for injury or damage to components
due to the use of non original parts, or extraordinary work on the appliance which may modify
the safety requirements without the manufacturer's authorisation .When ordering components,
follow the instructions provided in the parts catalogue .
WARNING: Replacement operations must be carried out by authorised, qualified staff, in
accordance with the relevant legal requirements .
