including inspection, adjustment, cleaning.
maintenance and repair.

Opening and Closing of Hood

Caution
Do not open the hood in strong winds.
Caution
Be careful not to pinch your fingers when you
open or close the hood.
1. Procedure to open the hood:
[1] Remove the bolt.

[2] Lift up the hood.
[3] Check the hood will not close, and release
your hands.

2. Procedure to close the hood:
[1] Close the hood slowly.

[2] Press the hood lightly and lock it with the
bolt.

Opening and Closing of Underseat Cover

Caution
Do not open the underseat cover in strong
winds.
Caution
Be careful not to pinch your fingers when you
open or close the underseat cover.
1. Procedure to open the underseat cover:
[1] Remove the grass catcher from the mower
unit #1.
[2] Adjust the steering wheel arm to the
lowest position.
[3] Tilt the seat forward tilt angle adjustment
lever and lift up the underseat cover
together with the seat.

2. Procedure to close the underseat cover:
[1] Close the underseat cover slowly.
[2] Fix the underseat cover securely with the
seat forward tilt angle adjustment lever.
