These outputs address the scan line of the memory.
A character line is composed of several scan lines.
The character line and the scan line address make
up the complete address.
This output is the horizontal sync to the monitor.
This signal is derived from the clock signal. The
frequency and pulse width of this signal can be
programmed (by setting the number of clock pulses
between these signals and the number of clock
pulses that this signal will last).
This output is the vertical sync to the monitor. It
also is derived from the clock and can be program-
med in the same way.
