3. Feed the free end of the extension cable through cable entry hole on blank lid.
① Remote lid
② Cable entry cutout
4. Connect extension cable to display cable on remote lid.
5. Secure blank lid on device and mount display lid remotely per illustration in Remote panel
mounting (Page 22).

Extension cable

Optional extension cables (2.5 m cables) are available to be used with remote mounted lid.
Two cables can be connected together for an extension of up to 5 meters.
Note
It is recommended that the exposed extension cable be secured along a wall, or run through
conduit to prevent damage to device, should cable be accidentally subjected to stress.
