Sets the lower warning limit. A diagnostic is generated if the process value falls below this
limit.

local display, communication interface, and diagnostic log.

It is recommended to complete the wizard prior to any manual parameter adjustments, as
relay settings configured in the Alarms wizard will supersede any relay settings previously
configured outside of the wizard.
