Before doing anything, the Charge Point's Display shows the following
sequence of messages:

1. The first step is to show the RFID card to the reader*
Once done, the Led Beacon turns Blue and the Display shows the following
sequence of messages:
*If the RFID card reader is disabled, charge transaction starts automatically
when a vehicle is detected.
