PUTTING INTO OPERATION

Please, turn to a HAJDU contracted service shop as the 2 year long warranty is valid for
the electric set only if the contracted service shop puts it into operation and justifies this
fact on page 3 with their signature and official stamp. The costs of putting the electric set
into operation shall be paid by the user.
Please, keep the invoices on buying and putting into operation as you can justify your right for
warranty this way, as well. In order to mount the electric set with steatite, please, take out the
screws of the cover of the fitting house and remove the cover, so that the electric fittings can be
accessed. This way, the electric fitting area becomes accessible.
Mounting order:
1.step: The heating unit with steatite is placed into the flare. (Figure 1, 1.1)
2.step: The retain plate fixes the heating unit, which is mounted to the closing cover with
washer and M5x10 screw (Figure 1, 1.2)
3.step: The BTS retain plate of item number 1.3 on Figure 1 is fixed to the frame with plate
screws.
4.step: The terminal blocks (Figure 1, 1.4 -1.5) are fixed to the frame with plate screws.
5.step: The phase label L1-L2-L3... (Figure 1, 1.6) has to be glued next to the upper right
terminal block.
6.step: The phase label 1-2-3-4-5 (Figure 1, 1.7) has to be glued next to the upper left
terminal block.
7.step: The wire bending clamp (Figure 1, 1.8) is fixed with plate screws.
8. step: The wire fix has to be snapped in the frame. (Figure 1, 1.9)
9.step: The data table (Figure 1, 1.10) has to be glued onto the plastic surface under the
fitting area.
10.step: Replace the fitting box to grey colour instead of black. (Figure 2, due to flame-
retardant material)

2.
