TURN TO A PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN TO CHECK THE FIRST HEATING.
Fill the appliance with water before connecting it to the electricity supply network!
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLING AND REDUCING DEVICE
Adequate operation is ensured by a temperature controlling-reducing device set at a control
temperature of 65 ºC, built in a common house. In case of failure of the controller, the reducing
device saves the hot water tank against damaging overheating in the way that before the
temperature of hot water stored reaches 110ºC, it breaks the circuit of the heating. Re-switch of
the controlling device can ONLY BE PERFORMED BY A PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN,
after eliminating the cause of the defect.
IN CASE OF NEGLECTING THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS THAT CAUSES
DAMAGE TO SAFETY AND USAGE FEATURES OF THE HOT WATER TANK, YOU
LOSE YOUR GUARANTEE AND WARRANT RIGHTS.
ELECTRIC CONNECTION
The hot water tank should only be used with connections as shown in wiring diagram
(Abbildung 2.-3.) It should be connected to the electric system only through permanent
connection.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO APPLY ANY WALL SOCKET.
Power supply can be driven to the storage tank only with a two-pin switch which is III. surge
voltage category (the distance between its open contacts is 3 mm). The cross-section of the
bundle wire should be of 1.5 mm
yellow colours.
Mounting order:
1.step: The connection wire should be thread into the wire fixer and the wire bending
clamp. (Figure 1, 1.8, 1.9) (In this step, neither the wire fixer, nor the wire bending clamp
should be fixed straight.)
2.step: The connection wire should be connected in the terminal block on the right
according to the phase label. (L1, L2, L3, N,
three phases, according to Figure 3.)
3.step: The wire fixer and the wire bending clamp should be fixed straight. (Figure 1, 1.8,
1.9)
4.step: The plastic wire feeder (Figure 2, 2.1) located on the lower side of the fitting cover
(Figure 2) should be broken away, then the fitting cover should be fixed in a way that the
wire passes through the wire feeder.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO OPERATE THE HOT WATER TANK WITHOUT ANY
PROTECTIVE EARTHING.
Protective ground must comply with prescriptions of IEC 60364.
