There are 4 levels selectable for lock.

Selectable:
nonE(None): no lock all.
USEr(User Level): User level
lock. User can get into user
level for checking but
setting.
EnG(Programming Level):
Programming level lock.
User can get into
programming level for
checking but setting.
ALL(All Level): User can get into
all level for checking but
setting.
