For setting flexion and extension, use the wedge with the respective marking "A" or "B". This marking
is equivalent to the marking on the joint cap. Place it beneath the marking for flexion "FLE" in order to
restrict flexion and under the marking "EXT" to restrict extension.

Flexion and extension positions can be restricted to
0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 90°. The wedges
are pushed into the lateral interlocking and locked
downwards by being lodged. The A/B labelling of
the wedges here is in your direction. Ensure that
the angled wedge is set at the desired number of
degrees.

Instructions for the removal of the pelvis buckle and joint:
In as far as it becomes necessary within the scope of recommendations for
the course of medical therapy to downgrade the brace whereby the pelvis
buckle 1 and the joint 2 have to be removed from the textile part, you
can do this as follows:
Start by removing the lower articulated shank 2 from the Velcro fastener
area. Then, thread the narrow straps 3 which are guided around the
pelvis buckle out of the guide loops 4 and passage loops 5 of the pelvis

Additionally, the joint can be freely positioned on
the velour surface using Velcro. As a result, it is
possible to react individually to the positioning of
the hip joint (e.g. flexion contractures)
