narrow straps 3  which run in the pelvis buckle area are unthreaded from the guide loops 4 .
After this, you can remove the guide flap 6 from the pelvis buckle 1 This guide flap is attached directly
to the velour which is on the brace's knitted fabric.
For re-attachment of the pelvis buckle, carry out the steps in the opposite order.
The illustration shows the components already removed.
Instructions for the technician:
Check the markings on the joint cap and ensure that you use the respective markings for the right-hand or
left-hand side of the hip joint.
For setting on the right, refer to the R marking and use the L marking for the left-hand side.

When adapting for the RIGHT-HAND side of the
hip, the restriction for flexion can be found under
the marking "FLE" on the right-hand side and the
restriction for extension under the marking "EXT"
on the left-hand side of the joint.
Instructions for the removal of the pelvis buckle
and joint before the washing process
Please take into account that the pelvis buckle 1 with the joint 2 must
be removed prior to washing in order to avoid possible damages both to
the items of clothing and the brace joint.
Start by removing the lower articulated shanks 2 from the Velcro fastener
area of the thigh cuff. Ensure at the same time that the position is marked
in order to maintain the technician's original setting. In the next step, the
