Do not let the handles contaminate with oil or grease. Clean the handle clean with a damp
cloth washed in soapy water.

Never use aggressive detergents or solvents for cleaning. This can cause irreparable
damage to the product. The plastic parts can be eaten away by chemicals.

Wipe down the product with a slightly damp cloth or with brush.

Remove the safety button before working on the cutting blade to prevent accidental

motor starting. Protect hands by using heavy gloves or a rag to grasp the cutting
blades.

Periodically inspect the blade adapter (if equipped) for cracks, especially if you strike
a foreign object. Replace when necessary and check the machine overall.

For best results your blade should be sharp.

Tip your lawn mower.

Use sturdy gloves and hold the blade firmly.
C Be careful to prevent entrapment of the fingers between moving blades and fixed
parts of the mower.

Undo the fastening bolt. Use the spanner supplied to loosen and remove the blade bolt. Bolt
has a typical right-hand thread.

Remove the blade.

The blade may be resharpened by removing it and either grinding or filing the cutting edge
keeping as close to the original bevel as possible. It is extremely important that each cutting
