Stage 01: Left Door Lock and Handle In the first stage for this Pack you’ll begin work on the left-hand side door by installing the door handle and lock. The steering wheel parts and logo transfer sheet will be used in a later stage, store these away safely for the moment.

Stage 04: Instrument Dials and Control Levers Take the central instrument panel and the six instrument glass pieces. The instrument glass pieces are protected by transparent layers of film. Before inserting the glass, remove the protective film using a pair of tweezers or a cocktail stick.

Advice from the experts The Lamborghini Miura features a transverse mid-mounted V12 engine, with the crankshaft axis perpendicular to the direction of travel. Some of the engine parts will be referred to as left and right in the build instructions, though the engine will be mounted transversely. The photo below shows the assembled parts which are labelled so that you can refer to it during your build.

The outer rims of the wheel have a raised circle around the screws which will be used for fitting the wheel hubs (inset, arrow). Retrieve the four hub caps (supplied with Stage 96).
