Keep these spares in a safe place and label them correctly. Please make sure you don’t mix up the screws. They look quite similar, but the threads do vary slightly.

  • Page 4 STAGE 01: LEFT HEADLIGHT S T E P 1 Press the left indicator lens (1I) into the left indicator housing (1H). Find the holes of the left headlight housing (1D) that align with the left indicator housing (1H) and fit into place. Secure it with a BP screw.
  • Page 5 STAGE 01: LEFT HEADLIGHT S T E P 2 Press the left headlight bezel (1E) into position on the left headlight housing (1D). Tip: Push the middle tab (orange arrow) in place first, then squeeze the two other tabs into the recesses.
  • Page 6 STAGE 01: LEFT HEADLIGHT S T E P 3 Align the left headlight assembly (1F and 1G) with the left headlight housing (1D). Carefully push into place, so that the screw holes (orange arrows) are aligned. Secure the assembly in place with an AP screw as shown.

  • Page 9 STAGE 02: STEERING WHEEL AND FRONT TYRE S T E P 1 Fit the steering wheel (2A) on the steering column (2B) and secure it with an AM screw. Press the steering wheel badge (2C) into Take care to align the raised black area the centre of the steering wheel (2A).

  • Page 18 STAGE 04: RIGHT-SIDE OF GEARBOX AND TRANSMISSION JOINT S T E P 1 Hold the right-side mounting bracket (4B) on the right gearbox housing (4A). Secure firmly in place with a BM screw. Take the crosspiece (4D) and fit it into the transmission flexible joint (4E) as shown.
  • Page 19 STAGE 04: RIGHT-SIDE OF GEARBOX AND TRANSMISSION JOINT S T E P 2 Align the transmission seal (4C) with the crosspiece (4D) and secure it with two FM screws. Don’t over tighten the FM screws as the joint should be free to move.

Carefully fit the support bracket (5D) into the gearbox support lever (5C), then insert the thicker pin of the stabilizing rod (5E) into the support bracket (5D).
