Drainage system
General points
•
It is the responsability of the skipper to have at least one bailer or bailing bucket on board,
lashed down to prevent it being accidentally lost.
•
The inner moulding of the hull is equipped with channels: these are the draingage channels.
The drainage channels allow the water to drain down to the lowest point in the boat, where
it can be discharged. It is important to allow the water to flow freely down to this lowest point
of the boat, which means.
•
regularly cleaning the lowest point of the boat and the drainage channels.
