Cleaning

1. Clean the appliance regularly.
2. Remove all objects from the appliance and store them temporarily in a cool
room or in a refrigerator.
3. Remove shelves from the cabinet.
4. Remove dough containers (if used) from drawers.
5. Clean the door shelves and drawers regularly from the inside with a food-grade
cleaning disinfectant.
6. Apart from the granite work surface with borders, clean the outside of the
appliance with a soft, damp cloth.
7. Finally, dry thoroughly all cleaned surfaces.
8. After cleaning, leave doors/drawers open for the appliance to dry completely.
9. Regularly remove dust and fibres from ventilation openings of the appliance with
a soft brush or dust brush.
10. If the appliance is not to be used for a longer period of time, clean it observing
instructions above. Leave the appliance open to prevent generation of
unpleasant odours inside.

11. The accessories (shelves, dough containers) should be cleaned thoroughly with
warm water and a food-safe cleaning disinfectant.
12. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water and then thoroughly dry the cleaned
elements.
Granite worktop
1. Granite worktop should be cleaned regularly with a soft, damp cloth.
2. When using cleaning agents, make sure that they are compatible with natural
stone. Always observe instructions of such a cleaning agent's manufacturer.
