In the Connection Description dialog box, set the name of the new connection and click OK. A window
appears. In the Connect Using field, select the serial port you want to use.

Click OK. The Port Settings window is displayed. Set Bits per second to 9600, Data bits to 8, Parity
to None, Stop bits to 1, and Flow control to None.
