21. RECLINED CRADLE CONFIGURATION:
WARNING: A 3-point restraint system must be used:
crotch strap with waist straps (Fig. 23).
22. After placing your child in the seat, reclined cradle
mode, fasten the straps by passing the two prongs
through the crotch strap buckle; adjust the waist
straps so that they fit closely around your child's
waist (Fig. 24).
23. HIGHCHAIR CONFIGURATION
A 5-point restraint system must be used: crotch strap
with waist straps and shoulder straps (Fig. 25).
WARNING: In this configuration the toy bar must al-
ways be positioned behind the backrest.
24. After placing your child in the seat in highchair
mode, fasten the straps by passing the two prongs
(A) through the shoulder strap buckle (Fig. 26) and
then through the crotch strap buckle (Fig. 26A); Ad-
just the height of the shoulder straps so that they
correctly fit your child's shoulders.
Always make sure that the straps are fastened correctly.
To unfasten the strap, press and pull the side prongs.
WARNING: When using the product, always fasten the
straps by inserting them in the crotch strap and check
that they are tight enough and properly fastened.
25. FIRST TABLE SEAT CONFIGURATION
WARNING: Before using as a seat, remove the safety
harnesses (crotch strap and waist belt) and position
them in the relevant spaces (Fig. 27-27A-27B-27C-27D).
Remove the toy bar or position it behind the backrest.
26. Adjust the seat height to the desired position as in-
dicated in point 16 of the paragraph on ADJUSTING
THE HEIGHT; the backrest must be raised complete-
ly, as indicated in point 17 of the paragraph on AD-
JUSTING THE BACKREST.
WARNING: Always check that the backrest is properly
locked before use.
WARNING: When the product is in use, all 4 wheels
must be locked at all times.
27. The safety harness straps can be removed (for wash-
ing or for use in the crib/reclined cradle configura-
tion).
To remove the harnesses pull the waist and crotch straps
out from the holes in the fabric (Fig. 27-27A-27B) until
they are hidden on the seat frame and pull the shoul-
der straps out from the fabric holes on the backrest
(27C-27D). After removing the safety harnesses, make
sure that the harnesses are correctly re-assembled.
To re-assemble the safety harnesses, carefully follow the
steps below:
28. Follow point 8 of the ASSEMBLY paragraph to re-
assemble the waist straps and crotch strap. For the
shoulder straps, pass the strap through the hole as
shown in Fig. 28, making sure that the length adjust-
er is positioned as shown in the figure.
Take the plastic hole of the shoulder straps and pass it
through the fabric ring of the harness (Fig. 28a).
Having performed this operation correctly, pull the har-
ness downwards until the fabric ring is turned inside out
(Fig. 28B-28C).
Once assembled, the belts must be adjusted once again
according to the size of your child.
BRAKES
29. All 4 wheels have brakes; to activate the brakes push
down the little lever on the wheels (Fig. 29).
WARNING: When the product is in use, all 4 wheels
must be locked at all times. To release the brakes push
the little levers on the wheels upwards (Fig. 29A).
TOY BAR WITH LIGHTS AND SOUNDS
30. The toy bar comes complete with a sounds and
lights panel that is activated by pressing the buttons
on the upper section (Fig. 30).

WARNINGS REGARDING TOY BAR ELECTRICAL
PARTS
WARNING: Dispose of used batteries immediately.
Keep new and used batteries away from children. If
there is reason to believe that the batteries have been
swallowed or inserted into any part of the body, seek
immediate medical advice.
30. To insert or change the batteries: loosen the screw
on the toy bar battery compartment cover with a
screwdriver and open (Fig. 31). Remove the flat bat-
teries and fit new ones, making sure that the battery
polarity is correct (as shown on the product); close
the battery compartment cover and tighten the
screw firmly (2 x 1.5 V AA batteries).
• Batteries must only be fitted by an adult.
• Only use alkaline batteries of the same type or equiv-
alent to the type recommended for this product ( 2 x
1.5 V AA Batteries).
• Make sure the batteries are fitted with their poles in the
right direction.
• Do not mix different types of batteries or dead batter-
ies with new batteries.
• Always keep batteries and tools out of reach of chil-
dren.
• Do not short-circuit the power terminals.
• Always remove dead batteries from the product to
avoid any possible liquid leaks that may damage it.
• In case of prolonged non-use of the product, always
remove the batteries.
• Remove the batteries from the toy bar before dispos-
ing of the product.
• Do not throw discharged batteries in fire or dispose of
them in the environment; they must be recycled.
• If the batteries are leaking liquid, replace them imme-
diately, making sure you clean the battery compart-
ment and thoroughly wash your hands if they have
come into contact with the liquid.
• Always dispose of leaking batteries immediately: they
can cause burns or other types of injuries.
