4 Adjustments
4.1

Installation

•
The tire pressure must be 4.0 bar.
•
Move the appliance (JM-VARIO) to the desired installation
location.
•
Apply the handbrake.
•
Fold out all four supports (1), insert and secure the locking pins
(3).
•
Align the chassis horizontally: Turn the hand cranks (2) on the
supports, observing the plumb line on the crane column.
4.2

Preparing the JM for transportation

The appliance can be transported on a trailer (in compliance with the dimensions and the permitted total weight)
Transporting the device (e.g. on a trailer) without a secured (half-folded) articulated boom is
expressly prohibited. Risk of accident - due to the boom swinging around.
Always lower the articulated boom for transportation!
The lifting and operating unit must be removed from the articulated boom!
Lower the mast all the way down by turning the hand
crank ().

Fold the articulated boom into the transport position
(including the support legs folded upwards).
