Operation
The floating state without load must be set before each start-up.
The hovering state of the lifting device must be adjusted to the respective gripper weight. A flap
in the control unit is used for this purpose.
The position of the flap (2) can be changed.
When you place the suction pad on the load, the flap is fully opened via the plunger. This
allows the load to be sucked in and lifted.

Turn the adjusting screw (1) on the control unit (accessible from below).
Turn clockwise
Turn counterclockwise

The wider the flap is open, the lower the appliance floats.
If the flap is fully closed, the appliance will suddenly shoot up as soon as the fan is
switched on!
•
Position the suction pad directly above the load.
•
Press the control lever (1) down. The vacuum lifting hose
relaxes and the suction pad lowers.
•
Place the suction pad on the load. Ensure that the load is
evenly distributed.
•
Slowly push the control lever (1) upwards. The load is
sucked in.
The control lever (1) must not be left in the "Lift" position for more than 90 seconds,
otherwise the fan may be damaged and fail, the warranty will be invalidated and energy will
be wasted unnecessarily.

Procedure:
➔ Flap is opened further.
➔ Flap is closed.
