5 Installation
5.1

Attaching the lifting unit

•
Attach the lifting unit (8) to the carriage (B) on the extension arm.
•
Connect the vacuum supply hose (A) to the lifting unit (8) and secure with the quick-release fastener.
5.2

Hose cylinder extension SZV

The connection of the lifting unit HE, operating unit BE, hose cylinder extension SZV and suction plate as well as
the coupling of the feed hose to the coupling piece of the lifting unit result in an appliance that is ready for
operation. The connections may only be made when the appliance is switched off.
Connection: Operating unit BE → Hose cylinder extension SZV
5.3
The operating unit (1) is placed on the hose cylinder extension SZV (3).
The counter hooks of the tension locks (2) of the operating unit (BE) are hooked into the lugs of the connecting
disk of the hose cylinder extension SZV.
The tension locks are then closed.
In addition, for safety reasons, the four threaded rods screwed to the hose cylinder extension (SZV)
must be inserted through the sleeve tubes on the adapter of the lifting unit HE and screwed on with
the hexagon nuts.
The BE operating unit is thus "clamped" between the lifting unit and the SZV hose cylinder extension.
