14-3 Regular Maintenance

When the routine daily maintenance is required, the module should be serviced cyclically according to the
actual operating environment. The inspection should be executed according to daily maintenance items
after confirming that the ambient environment meets the environmental specifications that are specified
in Chapter 3. When discovering any abnormal signs, please make improvement immediately according to
the specified troubleshooting method.

Judgment Standard
Must meet the environmental
specifications established for
the respective module.
Corrosive gas should not be
detected.
Must meet the power module
specifications.
Should be no dust and stains.
The module must be securely
installed.
The locking device of the
module connection area must
be located at the locking
position.
The terminal cannot present
any loosening signs.
The wiring cable should be
intact without any damage.

Action
Confirm the reasons causing the
environmental change and then
remove the problem.
Confirm the power supply system.
Wipe off the dust and the stains.
For correct installation method,
please refer to "Installation and
Wiring" section.
Move the locking device of the
module connection area back to
the locking position.
Connect the terminal properly.
Replace the wiring cable.
