    Safety concept TS 2111 / TS 2112 The Accumulating roller conveyor TS 2111 / TS 2112 is designed in such a way that if a finger or other body parts are drawn in between the belt and rollers, the idler rollers move freely upwards. This poses a new risk as the rollers may fall out.

    The idler rollers are loosely mounted with special bushes in vertical slots on the aluminium conveyor bed. The TS 2111 is driven by a centre station and the TS 2112 by a head-end station, both of which are available in a direct, chain or belt drive design version.
