Landscaping Block Enclosure Ventilation

If using landscaping block to build the enclosure use the included
key valve/ventilation assemblies to provide the required ventilation
for the enclosure.

The assemblies can accommodate 4" to 6" high block sizes.
Adjust the brackets on the assembly to accommodate heights
of more than 4 inches.
NOTE: The assemblies are designed to fit a 4" high x 8" wide
opening in the block. Two optional front plates can be added to
increase the size to 6" high x 12" wide. The plates can be trimmed
to accommodate sizes in between (see illustrations to the right).

The ventilation air for the enclosure MUST be drawn from
outdoor air only.

The vents must be located within 24" of the appliance.

The vents must be kept free from vegetation or debris that can
restrict the flow of air.

The vents must be installed on opposite sides from each other.

The vents must be installed in the first course of brick in the
enclosure.
