When set to 0, the nominal output video level will be 100 IRE.
This control allows the user to adjust the Hue of the analog video in steps of
0.5 degrees.
This control allows the user to adjust the saturation level of the analog video
in steps of 1%.
This control allows the user to adjust the contrast of the analog video in
steps of 1%.
This control allows the user to adjust the brightness of the analog video in
steps of 0.1 IRE.
