Motor will not run in wash:
• Check for power to the machine.
• Check FA 1 motor overload protector.
• Check clutch function.
• Check V-belts.
• If motor does not run when you manually press wash contactor:
- Check for line voltage at input side of motor.
- Check for line voltage at output (load) side at contactor with contactor pushed down.
- Check motor winding resistance. Generally, wash motor winding will be very close to
each other in resistance.
• Check for a nail or other object jammed in wash basket.
Motor will not run in spin:
• Turn tub by hand to ensure no binding of inner basket.
• Check to see if washer is empty of water.
• Check contactor coil resistance.
• Check thermal overload protector.
Washer does not fill:
• Are shut-off valves open.
• Check & clean water filters
• Check water valve solenoid coil for continuity/resistance.
• If units fills but does not hold water check drain valve(s).
Washer will not hold water:
• Check drain valve(s) function.
• Check drain valve voltage & continuity.
• Check for debris in drain valve.
Washer appears "dead" display not lighted:
• Check power source (circuit breaker, fuses).
• Check to see if service disconnect is on.
• Check emergency stop switch.
Washer starts in spin but drops back to tumble speed:
• Check drain for obstruction.
• Check for out-of-balance load.
Touchpad does not work:
• Check for continuity.
• Substitute another touchpad and check operation.
Selected output does not work:
• Each output is controlled by a separate relay mounted on the control board. First check
the load to see if it has continually. The individual "load" can be powered by means of a
fused jumper to see if it will function.
• Voltage check can be made at each output as well. Look for line voltage.
