Replacing the hard drive

To make hard drive replacement easier, your system uses a quick-release
mounting bracket. Extra brackets may be ordered from the factory, and they
can be mounted to replacement drives to make drive swapping quick and
without using tools..
Turn off the system and unplug the power supply cord.
1.
Remove the chassis cover, observing the "Static Electricity

Precautions" on page 2.
Disconnect the hard drive data and power cables, noting their location.
3.
(You will reconnect these cables when you install the new hard drive.)
4.
Firmly pull on the ring on the mounting bracket so that the spring latch
releases the side of the mounting bracket from the chassis.
