INSTALL OPERATOR TO RAIL HEADER BRACKET
1. Slide clevis pin through holes in rail and bracket and secure with spring clip. FIG. 5.
2. Disengage the carriage by pulling the release handle down, toward the door and then releasing
3. Slide carriage/straight door arm near the operator now to prevent
damage to the door for the next step.
4. Lift and support operator while a second person fully opens the door.
5. Insert a 2 x 4 board, cardboard or towel between door and rail to
protect door. FIG. 6.
6. Position operator over the DOOR CENTERLINE and allow it to rest on
protective material. FIG. 6.
