As a general rule, the outboard should be installed so the anti-
ventilation plate (1) is parallel to the boat bottom.
If the board transom angle (2) is less than 8°, the BF175A, BF200A,
BF225A and BF250A anti-ventilation plate will not be parallel to the
boat bottom when trimmed to the lowest hole.

Dual outboard motors must be installed so that the outboard motor
center-to-center distance is a minimum of 660 mm (26 in) (1).
