Setting the Call Rate for Video Calls

— To mute the microphone for all auto-answered calls (so that the
incoming caller cannot hear you), tap Microphone Mute, and then tap
the field's highlighted grey box. From the drop-down list, tap Yes.
(The default setting is Yes.)
— To mute the video when video calls are auto-answered (so that the
incoming caller cannot see you), tap Video Mute, and then tap the
field's highlighted grey box. From the drop-down list, tap Yes. (The
default setting is No.)
3. Tap the Save soft key.
4. Tap
to return to the idle screen.
Your system administrator can set a maximum call rate for video calls. If your
system administrator sets a call rate limit, you will not be able to select a call rate
above this limit.
You can set the maximum bandwidth to use for a video call. The default is
768 kbps. The call rate you select applies to your next video call.
To set the maximum bandwidth to use for video calls:
1. Tap
> Settings > Basic > Call Rate.
The Call Rate screen displays.
