Changing the Appearance of Time and Date

Your phone supports several languages.
To change the language:
1. Tap > Settings > Basic > Preferences > Language.
The Language screen displays.
2. Tap the language you want, and then tap the Select soft key.
The text on the screen changes to the language that you selected.
3. Tap to return to the idle screen.
The time and date appear on the graphic display of the phone. If the phone
cannot obtain a time and date, the display will flash. Contact your system
administrator if either the time or date is incorrect.
You can select from various formats for the time and date display, including
whether the time or date displays first (clock order). You can also turn the time
and date display off, so it doesn't display on the screen. Select and set options
that are right for you.
