Operating states
}
Active: The E-STOP device is electrically supplied and it is not operated. The actuator is
illuminated red, the bevelled protective collar is illuminated yellow.

Inactive: The E-STOP device is not electrically supplied and it is therefore not illumin-
ated.

Triggered: The E-STOP device is in active state, the actuator has been pressed and it is
therefore locked. The two safety circuits are opened (fully operated). The actuator is illu-
minated red, the bevelled protective collar flashes yellow.
Installation
}
The mounting plate is at the underside of the housing, it can be installed in advance. The
device is connected to the mounting plate with a bayonet type connector. To remove the
mounting plate, slightly lift the slim end of the locking hook with your fingers or a small
slotted-head screwdriver and turn the mounting plate a little to the left or right. Then you
can rotate the mounting plate by 45 ° and remove the mounting plate from the device.

The mounting plate is suitable for centred fixing on T slot profiles with screws and slot
nuts and also for diagonal fixing with screws and nuts or threaded holes.
Use M4 head cap screws to attach the mounting plate. Tighten the screws with a torque
of 1 Nm. Use an appropriate screw adhesive to protect the screws from working loose.

CAUTION!
Always install the device with the supply voltage switched off.
