No.
1
Is power supply breaker or fuse blown out?
2
Is voltage at secondary side of transformer correct?
3
Is wiring firmly fixed or correctly connected?
Refer to installation manual for details.

1.1.2 Checking of Rotary Switch and Dip Switch Setting

TURN OFF all the power supplies before setting.
Without turning OFF, the switches do not work and the contents of the setting are invalid. However, DSW4-No.1,2, 4 can be
operated during power supply is ON. The mark of " ■ " indicates the position of dip switches.

Check the voltage (secondary side) of the breaker and also check the
conductivity of fuse by a tester.
Disconnect connection at the secondary side of the transformer and
measure voltage by a tester.
"Check that the following wiring connections on O.U./I.U. PCBs are not
loosened.
• The connections for thermistors
• The connections for the remote control switch cable
• The connections for transformer
• Each connection for power line
Check that the wiring connections on O.U./I.U. PCBs are not loosened
