Install AVK Nut
1. Thread the nut about halfway onto the bolt.
2. Install the washer and AVK nut to bolt. Tighten until the washer is snug between the nut and AVK nut.

3. Insert the bolt and nut assembly into the frame tube.
4. Place the correct size wrenches on the bolt and nut.
5. Hold the wrench on the bolt stationary and perpendicular to the frame tube.
6. Tighten the nut to crush and seat the AVK nut to the frame tube.
• Size M6 AVK nut installation: 3 to 3.5 full rotations for proper seating
• Size M8 AVK nut installation: 4 to 5 full rotations for proper seating
• Size M10 AVK nut installation: 3.5 to 4.5 full rotations for proper seating

7. Unscrew bolt to remove bolt, nut, and washer from AVK nut.
