Is the measured voltage on the
DC fan motor connector on the
inverter PCB correct?
Yes
No
5 Measure the voltage on the DC fan motor connector pins 4-3.
The measured voltage MUST be 15 V DC.
Is the measured voltage
correct?
Yes
No
6 Disconnect the DC fan motor connector from the inverter PCB
and measure the voltage on the connector pins 4-3 of the
connector on the inverter PCB. The voltage MUST be 15 V DC.
Is the measured voltage on the
DC fan motor connector on the
inverter PCB correct?
Yes
No
7 Measure the voltage on the DC fan motor connector pins 4-2.
The measured voltage should be 0~10  V  DC. It should not be
0 V DC.
Is the measured voltage
0 V DC?
Yes
No
8 Turn OFF the unit via the user interface.
9 Manually (slowly) rotate the fan blade propeller 1 turn and
measure the voltage on the DC fan motor connector pins 1-2. 4
pulses of 5 V DC MUST be measured.
Pulses are measured during
fan blade propeller rotation?
Yes
No
