LED 2 blinking?
Yes
No
3 If LED 5 is blinking, a communication error between the
extension PCB (A4P) and the hydro PCB (A1P) has occurred.
Perform following checks:
▪ Check the connectors on the PCB,
▪ Check the connection between PCB A4P (X10A) and A6P
(X10A),
▪ Check the connection between PCB A2P (X1A) and A1P
(X10A).
Are all checks performed
above correct?
Yes
No

High pressure switch

2.13.1

Checking procedures

To perform an electrical check of the high
pressure switch
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the unit via the user interface.
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.
Prerequisite: Remove the required plate work, see
work" on
page 77.
1 Disconnect the high pressure switch connector from the PCB.
2 Recuperate the refrigerant from the refrigerant circuit, see
"3.2.2 Repair procedures" on
3 Fill the refrigerant circuit with nitrogen until pressurized at
46 bar.
4 Measure contacts between the pins 1‑2 of the high pressure
switch connector. The switch MUST be open.
5 Lower the pressure of the nitrogen in the refrigerant circuit to
36 bar.
6 Measure again contacts between the pins 1‑2 of the high
pressure switch connector. The switch MUST be closed.
Both high pressure switch
connector measurements are
correct?
Yes
