Assign TDS/DTR, XTD, and SDI functions

Move SDI ports while keeping TDS/DTR
1 Disable SDI ports 1 and 2 in LD 37.
Use the DIS TTY N command, where N is the SDI port number.
2 Remove the SDI ports using LD 17.
To remove TTY ports 1 and 2, follow the instructions in Table 18 for
each port:
