Removing the engine sprocket cover

Preparatory work
–
Remove main silencer. (
Main work
(50 SX, 50 SX MINI)
–
Remove screws with toothed washers

–
Remove end cap and outer tube
–
Remove glass fiber yarn filling
–
Clean the parts that need to be reinstalled and check for
damage.
–
Mount the new glass fiber yarn filling on the inner tube.
–
Slide the outer tube over the glass fiber yarn filling.
–
Insert the end cap into the outer tube.
–
Mount and tighten the screws with the toothed washers.

Remove screws of the outer tube.

Take off the outer tube and silencer cap
–
Remove glass fiber yarn filling
–
Clean the parts that need to be reinstalled and check for
damage.
–
Mount the new glass fiber yarn filling on the inner tube.
–
Slide outer tube and silencer cap
yarn filling.
–
Mount and tighten the screws.
