Onderhoud accu's
De accu's moeten altijd schoon en droog
gehouden worden, in het bijzonder de
poolklemmen.
Controleer regelmatig het elektrolytpeil in de
accu's en vul zo nodig bij met gedestilleerd
water.
Controleer af en toe ook de acculader.
De ruimte waarin de accu's opgeladen worden,
dient goed geventileerd te zijn. Niet met open
vuur bij de accu's komen tijdens het opladen.
Autonomie
De veegmachine heeft een werkautonomie van
ongeveer 4 uur.
Indien de autonomie duidelijk minder wordt,
de volgende controles uitvoeren:
1. Controleer of de borstel niet te hard op de
vloer drukt.
2. Controleer of er geen touw, ijzerdraad e.d.
om of naast de hoofdborstel gewikkeld
zit, dit kan meer weerstand veroorzaken
en dus een abnormaal energieverbruik.
3. Controleer of de accu bij aanvang van het
werk goed geladen is.

Bij vervanging de accu's monteren volgens het
schema (tek. 19).

Battery maintenance
Keep the batteries dry and clean. Pay
particular attention to the terminals and
terminal bolts.
At intervals depending on how much the
motor-sweeper is used, check the level of the
electrolyte. Top up with distilled water if
necessary.
Periodically check the efficiency of the battery
charger.
Make sure that the area in which the battery is
charged is well ventilated. Keep naked flames
well away from the battery, especially while it
is being charged.
Autonomy
The motor-sweeper has a working autonomy
of about 4 hours.
Perform the following checks if autonomy
drops below this value:
1. Check that the brush is not pressing too
hard on the floor.
2. Check that there is no string or wire, etc.,
entangled in or around the main brush
which might cause friction and increase
power consumption.
3. Check that the battery is fully charged
when you start work.
Fitting new batteries
Connect the batteries up as shown in fig.19.

Las baterías siempre deben mantenerse limpias
y secas, sobre todo los bornes.
Comprobar el nivel del electrolito de las
baterías en función del trabajo de la barredora
y añadir agua destilada cuando sea necesario.
Comprobar el funcionamiento del cargador de
batería con cierta frecuencia.
Aseguarse de que el lugar donde se efectúe la
carga de las baterías sea ventilado. Durante la
carga no acercarse a las baterías con llamas.
Autonomía
La
batería
tiene
una
funcionamiento de 4 horas aproximadamente.
Si la autonomía fuera menor, efectuar los
siguientes controles :
1. Comprobar que el cepillo no ejerza una
presión excesiva en el suelo.
2. Comprobar
que
no
haya
alambres, etc. enrollados en el cepillo
central o en los lados de éste, ya que
podrían causar fricciones y por lo tanto
aumentar el consumo..
3. Comprobar que al empezar el trabajo la
batería esté completamente cargada.
